A document describing acts of valor (transcribed below) performed. Alongside the personal details at the top, there is an illustration of the head and shoulders of a young white woman with light brown chin-length hair and sharp features. She has two recent wounds, parallel straight lines slicing diagonally down. One is across her mouth from (her) left cheek to chin, the other from (her) left ear across her cheek. Her expression is mild and unperturbed by the recent battle. Adorning her shoulders is a set of full plate armor with embossed decoration.

Lady Anneka Von distinguished herself by conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity in action while serving as officer in command in Cohort C, against a hostile force. During the early morning hours Cohort C’s defensive position was attacked by a determined infantry unit supported by undead, archers, and magical artillery. The initial enemy onslaught breached the battery defensive perimeter. Lady Anneka Von with complete disregard for her personal safety, mounted the exposed parapet of her watch position and became the mainstay of the defense of the position. While protecting her team from numerous undead assaults and necromantic attacks. Lady Anneka Von was wounded when, directing an attack against the enemy from this exposed position, 2 enemy magical weapons exploded at her feet knocking her down and severely wounding her in the legs. When the order came for Cohort A and Cohort B to counter assault Lady Anneka Von realized that all the team members were either dead or wounded and unable to move to the support Cohort E and Cohort F as they pressed forward against the undead hordes. Leading Cohort C, Lady Anneka moved around the perimeter of the other cohorts positions and rallied the weary men, reinstilling in them a will to live and fight. During the ensuing battle, Lady Anneka Von led a total of 5 vigorous assaults against the enemy, continuously exposing herself to a voluminous hail of enemy magicks, javelins, and arrows.

During her fifth and final assault, she forced the enemy to withdraw resulting in friendly control of the bridge crossing. Once in control of the bridge Lady Anneka Von spotted allied defenders still in combat that had suffered a number of casualties as a result of an intense, devastating attack launched by the enemy from well-concealed positions surrounding their encampment. Lady Anneka Von with complete disregard for her personal safety, moved unhesitatingly through the withering enemy fire to her fallen comrades, applied first aid to their wounds and assisted them to the medical aid station. When informed that a seriously injured allied officer was lying in an exposed position, Lady Anneka Von ran immediately through enemy lines. Although she was wounded seriously by a vicious biting attack from an undead, Lady Anneka Von carried the officer to a medical aid station. Ignoring her own serious injuries, Lady Anneka Von left the relative safety of the medical bunker to search for and evacuate other allied soldiers who had been injured. She was again wounded as she dragged a critically injured soldier to the medical bunker while simultaneously applying resuscitation to sustain his life. Lady Anneka Von again refused treatment and continued his search for other casualties until she collapsed. Only then did she permit herself to be treated.

Her fearless personal leadership, tenacious devotion to duty, and extremely valorous actions in the face of overwhelming odds were in keeping with the highest honor and reflect the utmost credit on her. To this end she shall receive the highest honor available: a golden Armilla of Honor.

So ordered, on this day 19 Fessarun, Year of 794 by the power of The Tal’dorei Council
